- Adverts requiring candidates to apply in writing will NOT be accepted

This a proforma to help ensure that all the information is collected to advertise your vacancy successfully.
- The name of your Parish or Town Council,
- Simple details about your parish - where your parish council is situated, size etc,
- The name of the position to be filled,
- Details of the post
- Any specific requirements,
- Financial details of the post, e.g. NJC scale
- Interview dates,
- Commencement date
- What is required from applicants - CV, letter, to whom and how they should respond etc,
- Start and stop dates for advertising the post, no adverts will be published without these dates,
- Contact name and details,
- Contact email details - required so that applicants may respond directly (Note all email addresses are "cloaked" so that they may not be harvested by spammers.
It is unlikely that adverts which do not contain the above information will be published
