NALC elects new leadership
A new chair and vice-chair will lead the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) as it embarks on leading on the further empowerment of local communities. At Tuesday 16th December's annual meeting of NALC's National Council, members elected Cllr Michael Chater to be the chair of the Association and Cllr Hazel Williams to be the vice chair.
