Q: Can I go to parish council meetings?

A: All meetings are open to the public. You may not be allowed to speak, though the chair may allow that in some circumstances, or there may be a formal opportunity to raise questions. If topics are sensitive (for example, when discussing staff salaries) you will be asked to leave.
