Q: I am registered but cannot login!

A: First, check your username and password. The password is case sensitive, ensure that "Caps Lock" is not on.

You were sent an e-mail, containing your username and password.

  • You must activate your account by clicking on the link enclosed in the email
  • If you did not receive an e-mail, you may have provided an incorrect e-mail address or the e-mail may have been picked up by a spam filter. Please check your spam filters.

  • Use the "Lost Password" feature, this is on the home page under the login
    boxes. Enter your email address, this email address will be validated against the email address recorded within the site.

  • If your email address agrees with that recorded you will be emailed a new password which replaces any previous password,

  • Please note you may update your email address, it is your responsibility to keep your details up to-date.

  • If the email address does not agree with that recorded an error message will be displayed.

In addition please check...
  • Uppercase O is very similar to 0 (zero) check that you are entering the correct character. As you will appreciate the clarity of 0 and O depends on the font you have set up in your browser. If in doubt use the "Lost Password" feature to get a new password.

  • There is no limit to the number of times you can ask for a new password

  • That cookies or session are enabled in your browser. If you do not do this there is nowhere for your password to be stored whilst accessing the site. You will login and then be logged out as soon as you view another page.
  • Please refer to your browsers documentation for help setting cookies or session cookies. A session cookie is one which is only stored on your computer whilst you access this site. When you leave the site it is deleted.
