- Current users registered before September 2009 do NOT need to register
- If you are a new Cambridgeshire or Peterborough councillor you will need to register

- Your Council is a member of CPALC
- You are a current councillor or clerk recorded with the relevant District or Unitary Authority
- You are NOT already a registered site user
