I am no longer receiving the newsletter

  • The newsletter system automatically removes members from the newsletter list after 6 failed attempts (or bounces) to the registered email address
  • Consequently you will no longer receive the CPALC newsletter
  • Where this happens you will need to update your email address and re-subscribe to the newsletter via your profile

What should I do to ensure I get the newsletter?

  • Ensure that your spam filters do not stop emails from cpalc.org.uk
  • Most spam filters allow a general setup so that you do not have to specify every email account in an organisation

Can I view back issues of the Newsletter?

  • No this feature is not currently enabled.

When is the Newsletter sent out?

  • The Newsletter is generated automatically on every fourth (4th)  Thursday
  • If there is no new content the newsletter is not generated

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

  • At the end of each newsletter is an unsubscribe link
  • Clicking on this link will remove you from the newsletter mailing list
  • You will no longer receive the newsletter
  • Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not close or end your CPALC membership
  • You may only close your account from your membership profile
